His journey in multifamily started in 2009 as a volunteer apartment community ambassador. In 2015 he made it his full time focus, first with Apartment Life as a Regional President and now as the Director of Marketing & Customer Partnerships at Community Boss. He is the host of a weekly Live show called Boss Talks, where he interviews ALL the supplier and property management professionals in the multifamily industry that deserve to be elevated and seen. He is also an active member of the Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA) as a general volunteer, committee member, event participant/sponsor, and as of 2025 is serving as a board member for WMFHA.
