Meet Mary

Mary Gwyn, CPM, operates an innovative management company based in North Carolina. She is also passionate about training the next generation of Multifamily Stars. She is surrounded by great team members from whom she learns leadership lessons every day. Early in her career she learned that people are the most important asset, and as a result her company has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Multifamily for the 8 years and counting! Mary focuses her training on proven solutions for growing teams and team members, maintenance soft skills, and marketing best practices, all of which ultimately enhance revenue and the bottom line. Mary’s training gets high marks for innovation and “edu-tainment!”
