Meet Chris

Chris Caramanica, CAMT +E, +L, is a seasoned professional in the multifamily maintenance industry, currently serving as a Director of Facilities at WinnCompanies. In this role, he oversees maintenance operations for a portfolio of over 10,000 apartments in the northeast. Prior to joining WinnCompanies, Chris held positions at AvalonBay Communities and Jujamcyn Theaters. His diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and a unique perspective that he brings to his current role. In addition to his professional roles, Chris is known for his innovative approach to content creation and presentations about the multifamily maintenance industry. His work spans various mediums, from insightful presentations at NAA's annual conference/Expo Apartmentalize and local apartment associations to guesting on engaging podcasts and hosting webinars on matters that affect our industry. Chris’s dedication to sharing knowledge and insights through various mediums exemplifies his commitment to the industry and his passion for his work. His work continues to make a significant impact in the multifamily maintenance industry. Chris is not only a dedicated professional in the multifamily maintenance industry, but also a committed volunteer to the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). He currently serves on multiple committees, is a member of the CAMT Advisory Board, is part of the NAAEI Growth Task Force, is the Region 2 representative on the NAAEI Board of Directors, NAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate and NAAEI Faculty Member.
