Here are the stats: Over 14% of today’s workforce must pivot to new jobs or industries as existing skills become obsolete.
And with automation on track to impact 50% of jobs worldwide, 77% of CEOs feel their teams lack the skills to work effectively alongside AI.
This challenge—and opportunity—extends to multifamily, where every role, from leasing consultants to property managers, needs an upgrade in digital literacy and an understanding of AI-powered tools.
The skill of the future? Learning to prompt and collaborate with AI to drive data-backed decisions in everything from strategy to creativity.
Leaders, 2025 is approaching, and the time to prepare is now.
